How can i own 2 degrees,one as an civil engineer and the other an architecture?

i am a student at Mcmaster university and this is my first year, i want to be an architecture but a civil engineer too. so how or what can i do to make me gain both diplomas, should i finish my 4yrs then move to do architecture in waterloo university for another 4 years, or can i take courses at a college for architecture ?? what can i do? and what is easier for me?
