for breakfest i normal eat a cup of oatmeal and an apple or orange and i take an omega 3 caplse every morning and a multivitamin and for the rest of the day i usually eat about a cup or more of brown rice 4 cups of broccoli 2 or 3 more apples or oranges a carrot or 2 an organic burrito with rice and beans in it and a peanut er sandwhich on whole wheat bread thats what i usually eat there are other things but just wondering what else do i need to add to my "things to eat" list cuase i know there are some things i am missing that i need
