Embarring question?

i'm 16 years old and i'm embarred to ask anyone i know about this because i think it's abnormal. there's skin hanging from my . it isn't the lips though i know that. it's like two elongated pieces of skin hanging down that are purple colored and wrinkly at the ends. i've looked all over the internet and it hasn't said anything about this and i'm afraid to ask anyone i know. is this normal or is my deformed?
