Can u still do cheerleading with cerebral palsy?

i had a cheerleading accident in november and they couldnt figure out what was wronge. yesterday i went to the neurologist and they said i have had cerebral palsy my whole life and nobody ever noticed it. im 14 years old and they told me i probly couldnt cheer anymore or do gymnastics. is it possible, even with a very mild case?
