Couldn't the war in Iraq be shortened by flooding their arms market with y trapped ammunition?

I had the idea that flooding their armourys with bad and dangerous ammution and weapons would kill some of them, and act as a deterrent for the others. A simple idea that could deter some of the bad guys. Such as early exploding mortars, rockets and over powered ammuntion in poor quality cases. If this could be influxed couldn't it have a effect on their morale?
