Im trying to make hot ice but....?

this thing says that it will make sodium acetate but not the one used for hot ice experiment a href="http://www.instructables.com/id/Sodium-Acetate/" rel="nofollow"http://www.instructables.com/id/Sodium-A…/a but this thing a href="http://www.instructables.com/id/Crystallization-of-homemade-sodium-acetate/" rel="nofollow"http://www.instructables.com/id/Crystall…/a says this is used for hot ice experiment but its too complicated wat is the real sodium acetate for makin hot ice thats not too complicated
