What career is better for me?

I'm not very good at math. I'm interested in the health field. I narrowed down my career options to these 4. PHARMACIST, PHYSICAL THERAPIST, PHYSICIANS ISTANT AND OPTOMETRIST. im a senior in high school my gpa is a 2.8 and i scored a 20 on the act. I always get c's and d's in math. SO for a career which of these should i choose.
