Is the American Media showing how bias it is by not reporting the ongoing implosion of Global Warming?

I'm a bit torn on the subject now. They keep saying the last decade had 9 of the hottest years on record. But that record is only going back about 120 years. It's kinda hard to predict climate trends which can take hundreds of years to change with such a small amount of data.
