What are some simple cures for a stomach ache?

I seem to get myslef really worked up when i get a stomach ache or feel sick, and i've tryed pepto, rolaids, and tums, and none of them seem to help that much. I rather not have a cure that involves eating anything, because I have lost my appetite, but i'll try anything!
