Is this dress too slutty for 8th grade graduation?

Its a Cute Dress, But I don't think you should wear it because the school said 'strapless dresses are not permitted', so if you do wear it I think many other girls would get pretty..erm.. jelous? The colours are lovely, i think you should get a dress about mid thigh and strapped. Also if you are way to thin and tall, dont wear this, your legs might look freaky. Hope it goes well, and good luck finding a dress! (:
