Yes if it is an extreme case,I believe that too. Most of the time when a child is morbidly obese it is because the parents just do not do any kind of activities with them. It's too easy to set them in front of the tv or buy them more video games instead of actually spending time playing with them or taking them out. So many people also just don't make or have the time to cook anymore either so they feed their children fast food or fattening microwaveable food.
