You should start walking with a friend if possible, or tell an adult and try and re arrange a ride to and from your destination. Always try to get a license plate number from someone suspicious even if its only the 1st few numbers and try get the description of the vehicle. If you see this person or the first person again call the police immediately (try get a cellphone or ask one of your parents to use theirs while you're out) Better safe than sorry & good luck.
