I'm looking for a short story i read in a sci-fi anthology some time ago (10 yrs)?

I'm looking for a short story I read in a sci-fi anthology. The plot was there were miners digging under the surface of an ice world orbiting a dead star, which turns out to be earth. They find a ruin of a city, and the last human tells them the humans lost a war and exploded the sun to kill their enemies. The story ends with the reader discovering that the miner's aren't human. I believe it was the second or third story in the anthology.
